How do I find my car / driver at Sea-Tac Airport?

Collect all your luggage, and exit the Baggage Claim area, straight out to the sidewalk. Call us with the number above the door you are waiting near. Your car will be curbside within 5 minutes. Do not cross the bridge to Ground Transportation, where you could be solicited by unknown drivers.

Optionally, your driver can meet you inside baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it. There will be additional charge for the service, $10 for domestic flights, $15 for international.

When will you charge my credit card?

Credit cards are charged when the job is done. Your credit card information is taken on our reservation page to reserve the vehicle. You will need to present the same card to the driver for manual imprint. Prepayments can be arranged online or by phone.

Does your rate include the driver's gratuity?

No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 15% gratuity for the driver. Trips made after 11:00 pm and before 4:00 am are subject to a $10.00 surcharge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 2 hours by phone to avoid being charged.

What are your hourly rates?

Are your rates per person or per car?

Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers.
